This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to the mobile games (each an "App", together the "Apps") published by Noah Rasmussen, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). The Policy explains what information is handled when you download, install, and play any of our Apps on Android or iOS.
Data controllerThis Policy covers all mobile games we publish on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Individual App store listings link to this same page. If a specific App collects data differently, we will note that in the App's store listing or in an addendum to this Policy.
Our Apps save your gameplay progress locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device unless a service listed in Section 5 explicitly processes it. Typically, on-device storage includes:
| What's stored | Best scores, level progress, in-game currency balances, unlocked items, and app settings/preferences. |
|---|---|
| Where | On your device only, inside the App's own storage. |
| Sent to us? | No — we do not operate a server that receives this data. |
| How to clear it | Uninstall the App, or clear the App's storage/data in your device's system settings. |
Our Apps have no sign-in and no user accounts. There is no way for you to submit your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to us through the Apps. We do not operate any backend server that our Apps talk to, so there is no database of players, scores, or identities on our side.
Our Apps integrate the following third-party services provided by Google LLC. These services process data directly under Google's own privacy policies — we do not receive or store the raw data ourselves.
We use Google AdMob to serve ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video ads (e.g. "watch an ad to earn coins/gems"). AdMob may work with additional ad networks and measurement partners under Google's mediation.
To show and measure these ads, Google (and its partners) may collect and process:
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how our Apps are used in aggregate — for example, which levels are played most, where players get stuck, and which features are used. This helps us improve the Apps.
Firebase Analytics may collect and process:
We may use Firebase Crashlytics and related Firebase diagnostic tools to receive automatic crash reports so we can fix bugs. Crash reports include a stack trace, device model, OS version, and a randomly generated installation identifier. Crash reports do not contain your name, email, or any account information (because our Apps have none).
For full details on how Google handles this data, see:
You can reset or limit use of your device's advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized (interest-based) ads, in your device's system settings:
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App or Google may show you a consent prompt (a Google-certified Consent Management Platform, or "CMP") covering ad personalization and analytics before those services collect data.
You can uninstall the App to stop analytics and crash-report collection. In some Apps we may also expose an in-app toggle to disable analytics; if available, you will find it under the App's Settings screen.
Some Apps may offer in-app purchases. Any purchase is processed entirely by the app store you downloaded the App from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We never see or store your payment details — that is handled by the store's own payment system under its own privacy policy. We may receive an anonymous, non-payment record from the store confirming that a purchase was made, so the App can unlock the purchased content on your device.
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads and analytics are configured under AdMob and Firebase's standard (non-child-directed) treatment.
If you believe that a child has provided information to us, or that a child is using one of our Apps in a way that concerns you, please contact us at noahbohras@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
The third-party services described above are operated by Google LLC and its affiliates, which means data they collect may be processed in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. Google provides safeguards for such transfers under its own privacy framework and standard contractual clauses, as described in its privacy policy.
Because we do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data, there is no copy of it for us to retain or secure — it lives only on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until you clear its storage. Any data Google collects for advertising, analytics, or crash reporting is retained and secured under Google's own policies (linked above).
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EEA, UK, California, or other jurisdictions with equivalent laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
Because we do not collect personal data directly and cannot identify you, most of these requests need to be directed to Google, which is the party actually processing the data. You may still contact us at noahbohras@gmail.com and we will help route your request or respond where we are able.
If this Policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of any of our Apps after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
